Nicole Ringle, Chief Marketing and Talent Officer of IGS, Receives Top 15 Business Women Award Through Ohio Diversity Council

Dublin, OH, May 23, 2016 – IGS is pleased to announce that Nicole Ringle, chief marketing and talent officer, recently received a Top 15 Business Women Award during the 7th Annual Ohio Women’s Conference hosted by the Ohio Diversity Council. The conference was held on Thursday, May 19 in Cincinnati.

Ringle was recognized due to her ability to drive change and inspire others while helping to grow her organization. She serves as a mentor to her direct reports, and encourages female leaders throughout the business to participate in leadership coaching opportunities provided by the company.

Under Ringle’s leadership, the company of nearly 700 employees has continued to grow (up from 200 when she started with IGS in 2011). During her tenure, she has developed successful hiring and retention techniques, innovative employee development programs, and effective marketing and sales tactics.
