Nicole Ringle, Chief Marketing and Talent Officer of IGS, Receives Smart 50 Award
IGS is pleased to announce that Nicole Ringle, chief marketing and talent officer, recently received a Smart 50 Award from Oswald Cos. and Smart Business magazine. Ringle was recognized for her smart and innovative leadership of the Dublin-based energy company.
Under Ringle’s leadership, the company of more than 600 employees has continued to grow (up from 200 when she started with IGS in 2011). During her tenure, she has developed successful hiring and retention techniques, innovative employee development programs, and effective marketing and sales tactics.
